Thinner than Thinnest: MacBook Paper is tomorrow’s future

This video here can be a fair indication of Apple’s future plans regarding the thinnest laptop in the world. After MacBook Air, now it’s turn of MacBook Paper.

As the name suggests, MacBook Paper will be extremely thin and will become world’s thinnest laptop once it is launched. It is so thin that it even fits into an envelope.

Sony’s new full-frame 24.81MP sensor in 35mm format

Sony has developed a full-frame 24.81 MP CMOS sensor in 35-mm format. As per Sony, the new sensor is capable of getting 6.3 frames per second. On other hand Canon’s 21.1MP EOS 1Ds Mark III is supposed to shoot at 5 frames per second and offers 14-bit output unlike Sony’s new sensor which is only offering 12 bit output.

The sensor’s main feature is its new conversion technique ‘Column-Parallel A/D Conversion Technique’, which ensures that each column of pixel on the sensor is treated by individual analog-to-digital converter. This helps in keeping noise levels low and allows faster A/D conversion. Other than that there is no information available regarding this sensor.

It uses ATIs Radeon HD 3600 GPU for HD gaming experience and offers coloring of 120 pixel unit. This 55nm processor consists of 378 million transistors and boasts of second-generation rendering framework for excellent 3D rendering.
